Graduated from Kansas State University, Faculty of Business Administration. Mr. Tanaka joined Nomura Securities and served to institutional investors at Tokyo, and New York. He then joined New York Headquarters of First Boston Securities and served institutional investors, and joined Merrill Lynch, New York and Tokyo. He joined the start up team of Funai Capital, a subsidiary of Funai Soken. Currently Managing Director of Global TaNK (communications), and MJM (investment fund), and a Director of Albion Art (Jewelry), and Eat (bio R&D).小黒 一正 理事法政大学経済学部教授。1974年生まれ。京都大学理学部卒業、一橋大学大学院経済学研究科博士課程修了（経済学博士）。1997年 大蔵省（現財務省）入省後、大臣官房文書課法令審査官補、関税局監視課総括補佐、財務省財務総合政策研究所主任研究官、一橋大学経済研究所准教授などを経て、2015年4月から現職。財務省財務総合政策研究所上席客員研究員、経済産業研究所コンサルティングフェロー、厚生労働省「保健医療2035推進」参与。厚生労働省「社会保障審議会年金部会・年金財政における経済前提に関する専門委員会」委員。鹿島平和研究所理事、新時代戦略研究所理事、キヤノングローバル戦略研究所主任研究員。専門は公共経済学。主な著書に、『財政危機の深層―増税・年金・赤字国債を問う』（単著／NHK出版新書）、『アベノミクスでも消費税は25％を超える』（単著／PHP研究所）、『財政と民主主義 ポピュリズムは債務危機への道か』（共著／日本経済新聞出版社）、『財政破綻後 危機のシナリオ分析』（共著／日本経済新聞出版社）、『薬価の経済学』（編著／日本経済新聞出版社）等がある。Kazumasa Oguro DirectorProfessor at the Faculty of Economics, Hosei University. Born in 1974. Graduated from the Faculty of Science of Kyoto University and received Ph.D. in Economics at Graduate School of Economics, Hitotsubashi University. Prof. Oguro joined the Ministry of Finance (MOF) in 1997 and experienced Assistant reviewer of laws, Chief Deputy Director of Review Division, Custom Bureau, Chief Researcher of Policy Research Institute (PRI) of MOF, and Associate Professor at Hitotsubashi University, and took the current position in April, 2015. Currently he also serves as Senior Visiting Researcher at PRI, and Consulting Fellow at Research Institute of Economy, Trade and Industry (RIETI), and Advisor to “Japan Vision: Health Care 2035”. A member of Expert Committee on Pension Division of Social Security Council, a Director of Kajima Institute of International Peace, and Director of INES, Chief Researcher of e Canon Institute for Global Studies. Specialized in Public Economics.
