2ご挨拶朝井 淳太 代表１９85年5月２4日生まれ。千葉県出身。株式会社新時代戦略研究所を2009年から引き継ぎ、代表取締役に就任。毎月１回の朝食会を開催し、政治制度、経済政策、金融問題等に関する政策分析を行っている。さらに国会議員、官庁、企業・団体に対して調査研究・立案及び公共政策アドバイザー業務を実施。大学卒業後は、外資系企業にコンサルティング業務を行っている会社に就職し、IT、金融、製薬、食品、エネルギー分野など幅広く担当。2013年より公共政策アドバイザリー会社取締役に就任。Junta Asai PresidentBorn in Chiba on May 24, 1985. Mr. Asai succeeded INES Co. Ltd. in 2009 and took the president’s o ce. In the breakfast study sessions every month, he presents policy analysis on political system, scal policies, nancial issues and others. Also provides advisory services on public policies to Diet members, government o ces, corporations and other organizations through research, survey and planning. After graduating the university, he entered a consulting company and provided services mainly to clients based overseas in the areas of IT, nance, pharmaceutical, food, energy and others. Since 2013 he has been a Director at a public policy advisory company.新時代戦略研究所（INES）は日本が直面する政策課題について調査・研究・提言・そして政策導入に貢献してきました。2018年に一般社団法人となり、持続可能な社会保障制度を実現するためにはどのような施策が必要なのかというテーマを中心に研究・提言を行っております。国民皆保険の枠組みの中で質の良い医療サービスを受けるためには、国民一人ひとりが自助・共助・公助の理念を理解し、実践していくことが不可欠であります。我々も研究会を通じてより良い制度の実現を目指し、そのために必要な活動を行います。INES has been contributing to the researches, studies, proposals, and implementations of policies on the issues Japan has been facing. We changed the company form to a general imcorporated association in 2018. Our current focus of studies and proposals is the policies and measures toward sustainable social security system. In order to realize the high quality healthcare services under the universal health coverage system, it is essential for all Japanese citizens to understand the concept of self-help, mutual help and public help and behave accordingly. INES will take actions to achieve the desirable system.
